On 14 May 2017 Porsche Bolton was delighted to attend Supercar Showtime, at the Dressers Arms in Wheelton, in aid of Derian House Children’s Hospice. Situated in the heart of Lancashire, Derian House provides palliative, specialist respite and end of life care for children and young adults throughout the North West region. The event comprised a display of 50 classic and modern supercars, a raffle, an auction with some incredible prizes and lots of delicious cupcakes.
We displayed our award-winning restoration 924 Carrera GT at the event and it held its own amongst the modern supercars which included a 918 Spyder and a Carrera GT. It was a great opportunity to get together with fellow car enthusiasts and talk all things motoring, whilst raising money for charity. The organisers are still adding up the total raised, but we believe it is in the region of £25,000 - an incredible amount of money for a truly deserving charity.
A special thank you must go to fundraisers Nick and Karen Isherwood for organising this unique event and giving us the opportunity to be a part of it. We look forward to seeing some of the new friends we met at our Centre in the future.

*Data determined in accordance with the Worldwide Harmonized Light Vehicles Test Procedure (WLTP) as required by law. You can find more information on WLTP at www.porsche.com/wltp . For Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) range and Equivalent All Electric Range (EAER) figures are determined with the battery fully charged, using a combination of both battery power and fuel.
Values are provided for comparison only. To the extent that fuel and energy consumption or CO₂ values are given as ranges, these do not relate to a single, individual car and do not constitute part of the offer. Optional features and accessories can change relevant vehicle parameters such as weight, rolling resistance and aerodynamics which may result in a change in fuel or energy consumption and CO₂ values. Vehicle loading, topography, weather and traffic conditions, as well as individual driving styles, can all affect the actual fuel consumption, energy consumption, electrical range, and CO₂ emissions of a car.
