Porsche Centre Bolton Sponsors Supercar Showtime

Porsche Centre Bolton proudly sponsored the renowned Supercar Showtime for the sixth consecutive year, a prestigious luxury car event organised for the benefit of the local charity, Derian House Children’s Hospice. The event, which showcased some of the finest examples of luxury cars from prestigious brands like Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, and many more, took place at the historic Hoghton Tower in Preston.

The Supercar Showtime is a not-for-profit initiative, and since its inception in 2017, it has been instrumental in raising an astounding £130,000 for the children and families supported by Derian House Children’s Hospice. This year’s event saw another incredible milestone with £43,000 raised on the day alone, making it one of the largest fundraising events on the charity’s calendar.

Porsche Centre Bolton took their sponsorship to new heights by not only being the name sponsor for the whole event but also contributing a Drive Day for auction. In addition, the team sold Porsche 75 Anniversary cupcakes, which raised another £180 in donations.

Steve Webb, Centre Principal said:

“Over the last six years we have had the privilege of being one of the main sponsors for Supercar Showtime, a Supercar event with the sole aim of helping to raise money for Derian House Children’s Hospice.”

“Last Saturday, I was invited by Karen and Nick Isherwood, founders and organisers of the event, along with some of their volunteers, to attend Derian House for the presentation of the cheque worth £43,000.”

“A huge congratulations to Karen, Nick and the team, and the team at Derian House. They do an incredible job and have some of the most innovative and imaginative facilities and activities for their youngsters, we are immensely proud to be involved in the fabulous work you are all doing.”

Karen and Nick Isherwood from Derian House also commented:
